60-Unit Workforce Housing Project Approved in Miami Beach
September 6, 2022. Miami Beach's Design Review Board unanimously approves Mia. Designed by BBA, the 60-unit boutique workforce housing project is the first of its kind to be granted approval by the City. The project will provide new living options for medium-income dwellers in dire need of housing opportunities in Miami Beach. To enhance the neighborhood-friendly experience Mia includes small-scale retail store spaces, ample car and bicycle parking, and a wide sidewalk to promote street life engagement.
