Fulcrum Global Investors is planning a 643-unit mixed-use tower at 380 Second Street in Everett. Plans call for a mix of studio through 2 bedroom residences with ground floor restaurant/retail space and 539 parking spaces. Amenities would include a pool, resident lounge, fitness center, and pickleball court. The development team is also committed to building a sustainable and efficient structure that includes a 100% EV-ready garage and a green roof to facilitate better stormwater management in the neighborhood.
