65 Unit Project Approved in Brighton
The BPDA has approved the multifamily development proposed for 365 Western Avenue in Brighton. The site is currently home to a car wash which will be demolished to make way for 65 rental units, 10 designated affordable. The project will also include parking for 37 vehicles.
