655 Unit Project Approved in Prince George's County
The Prince George's County planning department has approved the Westphalia East Development. The project is set to include 655 units in total across 58 acres. The developer, LM Sandler & Sons won approval for 75 single-family detached homes, 416 single-family townhouses, and 164 two-family attached (two-over-two) homes. A grid of streets will provide connectivity throughout the development and a central greenway will connect the east circle in the existing residential section of the development with a community center.
