7-Story Apartment Project Breaks Ground in Prospect Lefferts Gardens
Developer and general contractor, Rogers Management, has broken ground on a 7-story, residential project, at 161 Lenox Road in Brooklyn's Prospect Lefferts Gardens neighborhood.
The building is set to contain apartments. A number of these units will feature private balconies. Plans also call for an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , 161 Lenox Road will stand feet tall and total square feet. The estimated date of completion is not yet clear, but sometime in 2025 seems likely.
