7-Story Condo Project Breaks Ground in Hell's Kitchen
General contractor, , recently broke ground on a 7-story, residential development, at 354 West 52nd Street in Manhattan's Hell's Kitchen neighborhood.
Developed by , the building will contain luxury condo units, offered in one to three-bedroom configurations. Most of the units will feature a home office and a private terrace. Plans also call for a cellar level and a landscaped garden.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. The project site spans square feet and is a through lot, with frontages on both West 51st Street and West 52nd Street. As such, the property is alternately addressed as 349 West 51st Street. While no renderings have been released for the project, we do know that construction is estimated to finish sometime in late 2025.
