7-Story Residential Project Rises in Sheepshead Bay
Construction is moving along swiftly for a 7-story, residential development at 2733 East 12th Street in Brooklyn's Sheepshead Bay neighborhood. General contractor, Jacobs Development Corporation, is currently forming the 4th floor of the concrete superstructure.
Developed by , a Brooklyn-based firm that specializes in medium-sized luxury projects, the building will contain rental apartments and 10,111 square feet of community facility space. Plans also call for an enclosed parking garage with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure is set to stand feet tall and total square feet. Constructed is expected to finish sometime between late 2022 and early 2023.
