7-Story Self-Storage Facility Coming to Longwood
A 7-story, commercial building, is currently being constructed at 581 Austin Place in the Longwood neighborhood of the Bronx.
Developed by and constructed in-house under the name , the building will contain a Life Storage branded self-storage facility. Plans also call for a cellar level, 3 loading berths, and a small parking lot, with enough room for 5 vehicles.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. Work is expected to wrap up by the winter of 2024. The new development replaces a single-story, commercial building, at the project site.
