75K SF Mixed-Use Project Planned in Revere
The Neighborhood Developers have proposed a mixed-use project at 110 Ocean Avenue in Revere, the site of the former North Suffolk Mental Health Facility. The new development would include 5,000 square feet of medical office space with 9 nursing home beds below 48 residential units. The residential units would include a mix of 1 through 3 bedrooms.
