8 Proposals Presented for West End Library Redevelopment
Eight development teams have presented proposals for West End Library Redevelopment after the City opened an RFP for the site this past April. The 22,210 square foot parcel is located in the Beacon Hill/West End neighborhoods, the current site of the West End Branch Library. The property is being offered as-is, through a 99-year ground lease with the City of Boston. Details on each proposal & project team are found below.
