8-Story Diesel Wynwood Planned in Miami, Fl
Developers are planning an 8-story mixed-use project called, Diesel Wynwood at 161 Northwest 28th Street in Miami's Wynwood neighborhood. The structure will feature 159 residential units with micro-studios to three-bedroom options, ranging from 395 to 4,411 square feet. Additionally, Diesel Wynwood will provide 15,889 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
Although plans have not yet been approved, the project has been making progress on other filed permits for the site. The City of Miami has recently approved the project to install dewatering wells and on April 19th, a permit was filed for excavation, pile installation, and site and soil enhancements. Vertical construction permits are still pending.
Diesel Wynwood is scheduled for completion in Winter 2026.
