8-Story Mixed Use Miramar Tower Tops Off
Related Group announced that their 8-story mixed-use development has topped off. Manor at Miramar will be divided into 393 apartments and will feature a 655-space garage. Additionally the building will yield 28,000 square feet of retail space. Current Builders is the general contractor for the development.
Designed by Stantec, Manor at Miramar will have a pool, fitness center, spa, game room and bowling alley. The building is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2023.
