808 North Wells Street Project Opens For Residents
The 17-story residential tower with ground-level retail has concluded construction and has allowed move-ins to begin. There will be nearly 300 residential units; all floorplans range from one to three-bedroom luxury units. 808 also has luxury amenities, such as a rooftop amenity deck with a pool, lounges, and a coworking space. The building is one of the newest and hottest developments in the River North neighborhood of Chicago.
