83 Acre Industrial in Clearwater Sold for $27.5 Million
Sunshine Industrial Park, which includes seven warehouses and approximately 30 acres of undeveloped land, has been acquired by New York based Zenith Industrial Outdoor Storage. The purchase for $27.5 million was part of a joint venture with JP Morgan. The sale was brokered by Franklin Street. The fully leased warehouses, located at 5150 to 5303 126th Avenue, total 219,000 square feet of space. The land offers potential for future development and outdoor storage space.
