84 unit apartment building coming to Henrico
Construction is coming along at the Brook Villa apartments along Villa Park Drive at Brook Road. The new apartment community is located next door to the current St. Joseph’s Villa construction site, a nonprofit Henrico County campus. Brook Villas will feature three buildings of 84 income-based units, a clubhouse, and a maintenance building. The apartments will offer one, two, and three-bedroom options. The property was acquired by a Texas Developer for $410,000.
