85 Townhomes Proposed for Rockville
A pre-application site plan is under review in Rockville. The site plan proposes 85 townhomes to be built on a roughly 6-acre lot off Wooton Parkway.
While there are no architectural plans or renderings, there is a unit key showing the variety of planned units, proposing 33 front-loaded townhomes and 52 rear-loaded, which will be roughly 2,000 sq. ft., and up to 55 feet tall. There will be 236 sparkling spots.
