901 N Halsted Tower Wins Approval
The Chicago City Council has approved the proposed rezoning for the 901 N Halsted Street mixed-use tower. The upcoming 48-story tower will include 485 apartments along with 20,000 square feet of retail space. The podium of the building will also host an array of resident amenities including bike storage, a dog run, a fitness center a game room, and party room, plus a rooftop pool. Construction is expected to begin next year.
