Special Permit App Filed for 250-Foot-Tall Kendall Square Lab
BioMed Realty has filed a special permit application to Cambridge Planning for 585 Third Street in Cambridge. Previously approved by the Cambridge city council, plans call for a lab/office building on the former Constellation Center site in Kendall Square. The project will feature a 15-story, 250-foot tower with an approved $40 million, 40,000 SF public arts space as well as a $15 million ground-floor public space.
