Adaptive Reuse of Historic Townhome in DuPont Circle
Plans were filed for the adaptive use of former set of two abutting and connected townhouses, currently used as offices, for use as a communal living facility for the University of Utah Orrin Hatch Center, to provide congregate housing for approximately 50 students during their semester-long internship program. The scope of work includes interior renovation of the existing building, and additions to the 4th and 5th floors.
