Adaptive Reuse of Office Building in Georgetown into Hotel
A proposal is under review to convert an existing office buildings to hotel use. Rehabilitation and incorporation of two historic townhomes into design. Renovation of the facade of the office building, and construct a rear addition, as well as a sixth story addition.
