Additional $3.5M Permit Pulled for Newbury Hotel Renovations
Columbia Construction has pulled an additional permit for the renovations to The Newbury, Boston (formerly the Taj Hotel). This new permit, valued at $3.5M, calls for the interior fit-out of the 17th & 18th floors including a new commercial kitchen. The updated hotel will include The Rooftop, an elegant dining experience featuring sweeping views of the Back Bay. Construction for The Newbury, Boston is expected to wrap up before the end of the year.
