Affordable Housing Community Entering Final Stages of Construction in North Port, Florida
The exterior is nearly complete and interior drywall and unit build out will start the second week of March at Arbor Park in North Port, Florida. The community will provide 136 affordable apartment homes to seniors 55 and older. The community will consist of a four-story apartment building and separate clubhouse with amenities including a resort-style pool. Completion is expected in Summer 2024.
