Affordable Housing Lottery Kicks Off for 160-14 Hillside Avenue
NYC Housing Connect has started an affordable housing lottery encompassing 14 units within a 7-story, multifamily development, going up at 160-14 Hillside Avenue in Jamaica, Queens. Eligible applicants must earn between $102,858 and $198,250 annually, or sit at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI). Applications will be accepted either online or by mail until February 12, 2024.
