Affordable Housing Lottery Kicks Off for 2330 Cambreleng Avenue
NYC Housing Connect has started an affordable housing lottery encompassing 14 units within an 8-story residential building, going up at 2330 Cambreleng Avenue in the Belmont neighborhood of the Bronx. Eligible applicants must earn between $75,738 and $198,250 annually, or sit at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI). Applications will be accepted either online or by mail until December 20, 2023.
Developed by , the building will contain rental apartments, 860 square feet of community facility space, and an indoor recreation area. Plans also call for rooftop bicycle storage and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles. Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall, and total square feet.
