Airstream Raised to the Rooftop at Wynhouse Miami
Developer Fisher Brothers has raised an airstream to the rooftop as a unique feature of the rooftop amenity space. Wynhouse is planned to rise 8 stories and include 308 residential units, 24,114 square feet of ground floor commercial space, and 122 parking spaces. The residences will range from 474 to 1,405 square feet and will include studio, one-, and two-bedroom floorplans, along with selec penthouses. Community amenities will include a resident lounge, co-working lounge, and fitness center along with a courtyard. Outdoor amenities will include a rooftop pool, spa and entertainment areas and will include an airstream. Completion is expected in Q1 2025.
