Alewife Office/Flex Portfolio Sold for $180 Million
Clarion Partners has sold an industrial flex portfolio in West Cambridge to an Irvine, CA-based property developer for $180,000,000. The 617 Concord Avenue portfolio features roughly 185,000 SF of office and industrial space across tracts of developable land in Alewife. The portfolio is bound by Concord Avenue, Fawcett, and Moulton Streets in West Cambridge. The properties were last traded in 2013 for $60.5M.
