Alewife Property Trades Hands for $165M
An office complex straddling the border of Cambridge and Belmont sold for $165 million.
200 Discovery Park DE, LLC - a subsidiary of Bulfinch - sold the 6-story, Class-A office building to LS 200 CDP, LLC of Irvine, CA - an affiliate of Healthpeak Properties. The building, located near Alewife, features 213,834 square feet of space.
