Alexandria Drops Plans for Newton Lab
Alexandria Real Estate Equities has announced they are dropping plans for the lab conversion of the Riverside Center in Netwon. The firm acquired the property in January 2020 and was planning to convert the 3-building, 500,000+ square foot campus to lab space. Now with plans scrapped ARE expects to sell the property sometime later this year.
