Alexandria Office Building Set for Condo Conversion Sells for $13M
Abramson Properties has acquired the existing office building at 801 North Fairfax Street for $13M from Finmarc Management. Finmarc won approval this past June to convert the approximately 60,000 square foot building into 54 condos. The building was originally built in 1971 and is located near the Braddock Road Metro station and just a few blocks from the waterfront.
