Allston Development Site Trades for $8.2M
Jones Street Investment Partners has acquired the property at 35-423 Braintree Street in Allston for $8,2M. The property was previously purchased by the Mount Vernon Company for $7.55M in December 2019. Mount Vernon had filed plans for a 7-story residential building with 147 compact rental units in February 2020. The development would have also included parking for 33 vehicles along with a bike repair station, a fitness center, resident lounge, and roof deck.
