Amazon Fulfillment Center Approved by Randolph Town Council
Yesterday, Randolph Town Council voted to approve Atlantic Management Group's proposal to build out a distribution fulfillment center for Amazon.
Atlantic-Mazzeo Realty, LLC - an affiliate of Atlantic Management Group, sought to repurpose a suburban strip mall into a 354,972 square-foot "last mile" distribution center for Amazon, where packages will be shipped to and sorted at the property, then loaded into delivery vans for final delivery. The developer sought a 24-hour operations permit and nearby road-resurfacing improvements as part of the proposal.
