Amli Wynwood Scheduled For Completion In Q1 2023
Construction is almost complete for Amli Wynwood at 70 Northwest 25th Street in Miami, FL. Metro 1 is the leasing agent leading tenant curation and are in search for one full service restaurant concept that wants to take advantage of the projects' amazing outdoor patio. They are also searching for fitness, health, beauty, and wellness concepts.
Once completed Amli Wynwood will feature an 8-story mixed use building with 316 luxury apartments and ground floor retail space in the Wynwood Industrial District.
