Apartment Community in Tampa’s Westshore District Gains Approval
Plans for Zinnia at Metwest, an eight-story multifamily apartment building in Tampa’s Westshore District, have been approved by Hillsborough County. The community will offer 375 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Zinnia at Metwest will also include restaurant space and a 628-space parking garage. Amenities include a pool courtyard on the top of the parking garage, an aqua lounge overlooking the pool, a sunset deck with social club on the 8th floor, fitness, and dedicated co-working space. The location is adjacent to International Plaza and Bay Street, is close to multiple offices, shopping and dining venues and is less than five miles from Tampa International Airport.
