Apartment Community Proposed to Replace Office Buildings in Orlando
Developer Innovatus Capital Partners has filed a rezoning application to convert three office buildings into an apartment community near Sea World in Orlando. Innovatus Capital Partners owns the property, which is currently occupied by three one-story office buildings. Westwood Apartments in Orlando would offer 330 residential units, 99 one- and 231 two-bedroom apartments that would be contained in three five-story buildings. The community would include a clubhouse/cabana and pool.
