Application for Permit for Certificate of Occupancy Filed for The Watson

An application for a temporary certificate of occupancy to allow residents to begin moving into building two have been filed with the City of Tampa.  The Watson is a 205-unit luxury garden-style apartment community located in Tampa, Florida. The community comprises three three-story buildings and one two-story building with fiber cement siding, plus four detached garages.
