Approved 140 Unit Rhode Island Townhome Development Site Hits the Market
CBRE Capital Markets has been exclusively retained to sell the approved development site of Smithfield Townhomes in Smithfield, RI. Plans call for 140-homes, a mix of two and three-bedroom townhome residences, over a 43.3-acre development site. Developers will have the flexibility to design the unit layouts and finished product to their specifications, including amenities, and the project can be developed as either rental or condo. The site is located just five miles north of downtown Providence, three miles south of I-295, and offers excellent access to major employment.
