Approved South Boston Multifamily Site Acquired for $6.5M
A MA-based developer has acquired the property at 515-519 East Second Street in South Boston from Original Party Trolley of Boston for $6.5M. A 30-unit multifamily development was approved for the site in December 2020. The planned 5-story building would also include 35 parking spaces. $4.75M in financing for the deal was provided by FTF Lending.
