Apts/Hotel To Replace Kittery Shopping Plaza
The Kittery Planning Board has approved a preliminary site plan for a multibuilding mixed-use project to replace the existing strip mall buildings at 283 Route 1 in Kittery. The development would include a 5-story multifamily building with 107 units, a 4-story, 119-room hotel, and a 6,000-square-foot commercial building, shown as a restaurant on the plans. The project also calls for access improvements, landscaping, and a dog park.
