827-829 Boylston Street Update 12/18/17

Back Bay mixed-use building across from Prudential Center trades for $20.6 million


Boston-based private equity real estate firm Panther Residential Management has acquired 827-829 Boylston Street, a 15,336-square-foot mixed-use building located in the heart of the Back Bay, for $20.6 million. The sale amounts to about $1,343 per square foot. First Republic Bank provided $18.5 million in mortgage financing towards Panther's acquisition. 827-829 Boylston Street features retail on its' ground-floor and basement and residences on upper floors, and is located across from the Prudential Center steps from the MBTA Green Line and the Newbury Street shopping district.
