Barry Farm Construction Update
Progress on framing continues for The Asberry, the first building within The Barry Farm Redevelopment. This mixed-used building will include 108 units of housing slated for people ages 55 and older with about 5,000 square feet of commercial space. Once completed, the new overall redevelopment of Barry Farm will be a vibrant mixed-income community that will include at least 900 new affordable rental and for-sale housing units, of which 380 will be public housing replacement units.
