Beacon Capital Acquires Lease of 27 Drydock for $261M
Beacon Capital Partners has acquired the long term lease of 27 Drydock Avenue in the Seaport from Related Beal for $261,915,053.99 . The 286,000 square foot lab building was originally constructed in 1918 is currently home to several prominent life science tenants including Dana Farber and Gingko Bioworks. Related Beal purchased the rights to property in December 2016 for $146.5M.
