Beacon Communities Secures $78.8M in Financing for Old Colony Redevelopment
MassHousing has closed on a total of $78.8M in financing to Beacon Communities for the 3rd phase of the redevelopment of Old Colony in South Boston. Construction is currently ongoing for phases 3A & 3B. The project will create a total of 301 of affordable housing. The project is anticipated to complete in the summer of 2021.
