Beam Installation Over Mass Pike Underway at Parcel 12
The first 3 steel beams have been installed over the Massachusetts Turnpike as air rights construction commences on Parcel 12 in Back Bay. The first air rights project in over 40 years, plans call for nearly 700,000 SF of mixed-use lab and retail space.
