BGO Acquires 6 Northern MA Properties for Combined $90.5 Million
BentallGreenOak has acquired 6 properties in Northern MA for a combined $90,550,000. Novaya Real Estate Ventures sold 200 Research Drive for $40,000,000, 500 Research Drive for $29,000,000, and 600 Research Drive for $24,750,000 in Wilmington, and 16 Esquire Road for $19,400,000, 18 Esquire Road for $7,485,000, and 29 Esquire Road for $3,000,000 in North Billerica.
BGO secured a mortgage for the purchases from Bank of America.
