BioTech Firm Purchases Bedford Site
Biotech firm Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical has purchased 170 Middlesex Turnpike for $9.3M from The Gutierrez Companies. The 10.7-acre site will be home to a nearly 200,000 square foot biologics research and production facility. The new construction building will be located in the 79 acre Bedford Woods campus, close to the technology belt of Route 128. Bedford Woods consists of two existing buildings and two remaining parcels located just off of the Middlesex Turnpike.
