BLDUP Exclusive: Three Building, 600 Unit Multifamily Planned in Everett

V10 Development is planning another major development in Everett, this time along the Malden Riverfront adjacent to Rivergreen Park. The project, dubbed Rivergreen, would include 3 buildings featuring 591 residential units. The development firm is also currently working on permitting for SKY Everett, a 21-story nearly 400-unit tower.

Since its storied history as Air Force Plant #28, the site remained vacant for decades. Many generations of residents were cut off from the waterfront by fencing, overgrowth and land left scarred by its industrial past. This project will complete the 40-acre, multi-parcel masterplan and ensures the public will forever own and have access to the Malden River via seventeen acres of public green space with our conveyance of seventy percent of the remaining land to the City of Everett."
