169 new apartments coming to Providence, RI commuter rail station
A groundbreaking ceremony is being held today (Wednesday, December 7th) for The Commons at Providence Station, a new transit-oriented 169-unit apartment community that will be located next to the Providence, RI commuter rail station with direct train service to Boston. The new building, developed by John M. Corcoran and Company & Trilogy Development, will be located on a currently-vacant parcel in Downtown Providence along the Moshassuck River across from the Rhode Island State House. Woburn, MA-based Tocci Building Companies is the building’s general contractor.
