317 Belgrade Avenue, 21 apartment residences with retail, approved in Roslindale
317 Belgrade Avenue, a new 4-story building featuring 21 apartment residences and 5,980 square feet of ground-floor retail in Roslindale, was approved at last Thursday (March 2nd)’s Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) Board Meeting. 317 Belgrade Avenue will now go before the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) for review. Approval by the ZBA is required in order for the project to proceed.
