Investor buys 11,800 square feet of land near Codman Square
The sale of two adjacent parcels located at 151-155 Norfolk Street totaling 11,800 square feet of land near Codman Square in Dorchester closed yesterday for $390,000 as recorded in the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds. A locus map of the land sold is posted above. A 2,610 square foot single-story structure currently stands on the land. The buyer is SkyBridge Properties LLC, a Saugus, MA-based real estate investment entity managed by Joni Shehu.
