Foundation nears completion at Beacon Street boutique hotel in Somerville
Foundation work is nearly complete at the upcoming 35-suite Beacon Street Hotel in Somerville, with nearly all concrete poured. The concrete retaining wall that will support the below-grade parking level is nearly fully installed. Concrete will soon be poured along the parking level's fully-excavated base, after which construction of the building's 5-story frame will commence.
